Since our company opened in 1979 we have made quality floor covering installation the focal point of our business. A properly installed floor will look better, last and perform  for years longer.

We work on a simple principle with our installation staff: If we wouldn't have an installer do work in our own homes we wouldn't have them do work in your home.

To ensure quality in our installations we have a full time Service manager  who is a certified Journeyman Installation Mechanic with over 30 years experience installing and repairing all types of flooring.

Standard Warranty on Carpet and Resilient Flooring

We offer a Three year from date of install limited warranty on all residential installations provided by us covering Carpet and Resilient Flooring:

           - All seams Carpet* and Resilient Flooring
           - Proper fastening of all metals and trims
           - One Restrech of Carpet ripples and buckling*

     * Carpet must be properly cleaned by a Certified Professional on an yearly basis to maintain this warranty. Receipts are required.

Standard Warranty on Hardwood, Laminate and Ceramic Tile

We offer a Three year from date of install limited warranty on all residential installations provided by us covering Hardwood, Laminate and Ceramic Tile.

Lifetime Warranty on CustomWeave and Select Dupont Sorona Carpets
          
We are proud to offer a Limited Life Time Installation warranty on our Mohawk Custom-Weave Carpet and Select Dupont Sorona Carpets Covering:

           - This warranty covers the time frame of the Residential wear warranty listed on the carpet: 7, 10, 15 or 20 years respectively.
           - All seams on Carpet *
           - Proper fastening of all metals and trims
           - Three Restreches of Carpet ripples and buckling*

     * Carpet must be properly cleaned by a Certified Professional on a yearly basis to maintain this warranty. Receipts are required.

 ** What is not covered by our warranties: All warranties unless noted apply to the original purchaser. If the flooring has not been properly maintained by the requirements of the manufacturer this will be considered as abuse and the installation warranty is null and void.
