I want to express my thanks to you and your entire team for all your work over the past 11 years. We have been working with Central Alberta Flooring since our home was first built in 2000. Throughout that time we have completed a basement development and numerous mini renovations and we keep coming back because of the incredible service we receive each time we step through your doors.
Your sales team and decorators have given us great advice, sometimes with a small fabric sample that I’m using as a color guide, and giving me great options within the budget I have for any room. As our home has a very open floor plan they have also guided me to see the overall look and not get tunneled on one area of the house and not see what else it is connected to.
While all the ‘flash’ may be in your showroom with your sales people I can also not thank you enough for all work your crews have done when putting the projects together in our home. We have had numerous people in our home from your company and they have always been wonderful. Your crew has always been great to work with and the time and care they have taken during the installation process has always given us beautiful results. They have been on time and on the one time they were going to be later than planned I got a quick call letting me know the circumstances, and that respect for my time is greatly appreciated.
I am thrilled with how our flooring and tile looks, it’s even better than I expected. The vision I had has come together thanks to you and your staff.
I have no doubt that we will be back in the showroom in another year when I have the budget to give the main floor a face lift again.
P.S. While I’m sure that working in an occupied house has more than once challenge, please let your installers know that the patience and sense of humor they had as my kids came in to ‘check on them’ is greatly appreciated.

We must also comment on the timely installation by your most excellent installer. He did a beautiful job. We have been living with this carpet for a time now, and it is still as nice as it was when first installed. There are no snags or runs in it anywhere. The color that you helped us select really compliments our decor and we are very happy we went with the Berber.
We are finding this carpet which we have almost through the whole house (living room, dining room, three bedrooms and basement stairway) easy to take care of and clean. So far, any little spots come off with a damp cloth.
